It's been a fat 3 weeks...



I say fat... I mean gaining...
 
I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago today and I have piled on the pounds... literally. I'm just eating for the bloody fun of it. I've never done this! I always drink a lot of water anyway...

Tried snacking on healthy snacks- fresh fruit/veg and i'm still eating a tonne... like the other day I had a whole punnet of strawberries and 3 bell peppers... just in an hour.  WHAT IS THAT ABOUT! 

I seriously need to get my a grip of myself.
